Carlos Wright is a Founding Partner and Strategic Advisor at East Coast West
Coast Bosses, where his quiet strength and visionary support have been
instrumental in shaping the brand’s foundation. Known affectionately by his co
founders as the “sidekick,” Carlos brings far more than moral support—he
provides the strategic investment, grounded insight, and legacy-driven mindset
that help power the ECWC mission from behind the scenes.
A graduate of California State University of Los Angeles, Carlos earned his
degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management. His
professional ventures include ownership of Wrightway General Contractor, a
successful construction business, and co-leadership of Reading for the Cultures,
a nonprofit dedicated to promoting literacy in underserved communities.
Carlos is also a proud Jacksonville native who remains deeply committed to
uplifting others through faith, family, and community-focused entrepreneurship.
His signature wine, Brilliance Rosé (Carlos Champagne), reflects his role
perfectly: vibrant, celebratory, and quietly unforgettable.
