CALIFORNIA RED
CAROLYN'S FLAIR
This Red Wine exhibits a bright garnet color with some black cherry, and ripe wild berries on the nose. On the palate a prominent display of ripe darker fruits come forth while in the background notes of baking spices, cedar and dried herbs. This wine finishes with finely integrated, silky tannins.

HEAVENLĒ ROSÈ
Light salmon, slightly peach colored. On the nose, this wine exhibits subtle strawberry/raspberry notes with some dried nuts. On the palate, it has a good balance of ripe fruit and acidity, with some phenolic notes adding some structure which ends with a crisp and flavorful finish.

CALIFORNIA WHITE
WINE DOWN
Pale straw color with a light greenish tinge. Weighty nose, showing pleasant notes of lychee fruit, marzipan, and subtle honey. On the palate, there is vibrant acidity, leading to a fleshy mid-palate with a viscous texture, and finishing with bright steeliness that lengthens the finish. The stone fruit flavors are present throughout the palate profile.
